Tavernier Resources to hold board meeting

Tavernier Resources will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 February 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31 December 2014, to appoint S K Jain & Co, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor to conduct Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2014 - 2015.
