Thai Indo Steel Co allots shares, becomes subsidiary

Gyscoal Alloys announced that Thai Indo Steel Co., incorporated and situated in Bangkok allotted 229500 shares at the rate of 100 Baht each to Gyscoal Alloys on 11 December 2013.
