Thirthankar Infra to hold board meeting

Thirthankar Infra will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 October 2014 to consider the following business, to induct Mr. Srikanth Gummalla, a professional with vast experience of 16 plus years in the fields of Finance and Infrastructure, on to the Board and appoint him as a Managing Director of the Company, to appoint Mr. Shankar Sundararaman, a marketing professional with about 14 years experience in business development and marketing, as a Director of the Company.
