Tide Water Oil Company India updated on Final Dividend

Tide Water Oil Company India announced that post sub-division of shares and bonus issue thereon consequent upon the shareholders' approval the final dividend of Rs.200 per share (i.e.4000%) is now proportionately adjusted to Rs. 40/- (2000%) per share on the ordinary shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
