Timken India announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 September 2014

Timken India announced about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Niroop Mahanty has resigned as an Independent Director effective 30 September 2014.

2. James R. Menning has resigned as a Director of Company effective 30 September 2014.

3. Rupa Mahanty has been appointed as an Additional Director and also an Independent Director of the Company effective 30 September 2014 by the Board of Directors of the Company.

4. Ajay Kumar Das has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company effective 30 September 2014 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
