Trinity Tradelink announces resignation of company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 29 September 2014

Trinity Tradelink announced that Amita Diwan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 29 September 2014 and Vikrant Kayan, Managing Director of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer until the appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
