U. H. Zaveri announces change in compliance officer
U. H. Zaveri announced that Sonika Jain, Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company has resigned from the company w.e.f. 14 August 2020.
The Board has designated Hitesh Mahendra Shah, Managing Director of the Company as a Compliance Officer of the Company till a new Company Secretary will be appointed.
