Va Tech Wabag (Hong Kong) ceases to be step down subsidiary

Va Tech Wabag announced that consequent upon liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing VA Tech Wabag Water Treatment Technology Co., China, VA TECH WABAG (HONG KONG), Hong Kong, a subsidiary of VA Tech Wabag (Singapore), is liquidated.

Hence, VA TECH WABAG (HONG KONG), Hong Kong, ceases to be a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
