Vaibhav Global allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Vaibhav Global announced that the Company has allotted 20,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each on 04 October 2014 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended)-2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,37,37,720 consisting of 3,23,73,772 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
