BPCL clocked volume of 6.24 lakh shares by 12:54 IST on BSE, a 4.69-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.33 lakh shares. The stock rose 0.88% to Rs 829.
Bharat Electronics notched up volume of 82,000 shares, a 3.36-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 24,000 shares. The stock rose 2.92% to Rs 3,363.50.
Amara Raja Batteries saw volume of 91,000 shares, a 2.93-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 31,000 shares. The stock rose 5.37% to Rs 947.40.
Nilkamal clocked volume of 86,000 shares, a 2.46-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 35,000 shares. The stock rose 2.33% to Rs 889.
