Volumes jump at Muthoot Capital Services counter

Kingfa Science & Technology (India), Hathway Cable & Datacom, Future Supply Chain Solutions and Kaya are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 15 January 2018.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 287.44 points or 0.83% at 34,879.83.

Muthoot Capital Services clocked volume of 1.04 lakh shares by 14:29 IST on BSE, a 63.68-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock was locked at 20% upper circuit at Rs 799.

Kingfa Science & Technology (India) notched up volume of 58,000 shares, a 13.44-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4,000 shares. The stock surged 12.37% to Rs 1,112.

 

Hathway Cable & Datacom saw volume of 84.22 lakh shares, a 12.61-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 6.68 lakh shares. The stock jumped 16.32% to Rs 47.05.

Future Supply Chain Solutions clocked volume of 1.57 lakh shares, a 9-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 17,000 shares. The stock was up 0.87% at Rs 723.40.

Kaya saw volume of 66,000 shares, a 8.39-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 8,000 shares. The stock surged 19.21% to Rs 1,227.75.
