National Buildings Construction Corporation clocked volume of 5.29 lakh shares by 13:49 IST on BSE, a 15.11-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 35,000 shares. The stock surged 16.93% to Rs 198.95.
UPL notched up volume of 40.13 lakh shares, a 11.09-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.62 lakh shares. The stock surged 18.79% at Rs 273.80.
Jain Irrigation Systems saw volume of 27.91 lakh shares, a 7.16-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.90 lakh shares. The stock jumped 12.21% at Rs 80.90.
Advanta clocked volume of 5.32 lakh shares, a 5.48-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 97,000 shares. The stock was surged by maximum permissible level of 20% at Rs 194.60.
Jaypee Infratech saw volume of 20.98 lakh shares, a 5.13 -fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 4.09 lakh shares. The stock jumped 13.15% at Rs 24.95.
