Ahluwalia Contracts (India) notched up volume of 34.28 lakh shares, a 23.29-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.47 lakh shares. The stock surged 10.57% at Rs 231.25.
Oracle Financial Services Software saw volume of 52,000 shares, a 17.82-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock rose 0.28% at Rs 3,454.
ABB India clocked volume of 1.62 lakh shares, a 16.57-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock spurted 14.27% at Rs 1,330, with the stock extending yesterday's gains triggered by the company securing orders worth Rs 334 crore.
Alok Industries saw volume of 3.32 crore shares, a 13.28-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 25.06 lakh shares. The stock jumped 12.63% at Rs 12.22 after a large bulk deal of 2.26 crore shares was executed on BSE at 9:38 IST at Rs 10.75 per share.
