VTM to hold board meeting

On 30 April 2015

VTM will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2015, to consider and approve the Balance Sheet as on 31 March 2015 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended 31 March 2015, to consider and recommend Dividend if any on Equity Shares, and to fix the date for the 68th Annual General Meeting and settle the agenda there for.
