Welspun India allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Welspun India announced that the Finance and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 24 September 2014 allotted 27, 400 equity shares to the employees of the Company who had exercised their options under ESOP scheme of the Company. The equity shares allotted rank pari passu in all respect, including dividend, with the existing equity shares of the Company.
