Under ESOP
Welspun India announced that the Finance and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 02 December 2014 allotted 14,700 equity shares to the employees of the Company who had exercised their options under ESOP scheme of the Company.Post allotment, the equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 1004,416,150.
