Issues Corporate Guarantee worth Rs 200 crore for credit facilties availed
Williamson Magor & Company announced that the Company issued on 28 December 2016 a Corporate Guarantee amounting to Rs. 200 crore in favour of IndusInd Bank for credit facilities of Rs. 200 crore availed on 28 December 2016 by Seajuli Developers & Finance from the said Bank.The aforesaid Corporate Guarantee replaces the Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 200 crore given earlier by the Company to the said Bank on behalf of McNally Bharat Engineering Co. (McNally) for credit facilities availed by McNally earlier from the said Bank.
