Now holds 18,91,865 equity shares of GeeCee Investments

Winro Commercial (India) announced that with reference to the Company's subscription to 70000 (Seventy Thousand Only) equity shares in the rights issue of GeeCee Investments, the Company have been allotted 70000 (Seventy Thousand Only) equity shares of GeeCee Investments on 14 January 2016. The present holding after the allotment will be 18,91,865 (Eighteen Lakhs Ninety One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five Only) equity shares of GeeCee Investments.
