Wockhardt announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 September 2014

Wockhardt announced that R. A. Shah, the Non Executive Independent Director of the Company has relinquished directorship of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014, in view of the imminent regulatory changes.

Further the Company has informed that, Tasneem Zakaria Mehta a leading Art & Culture icon in the city of Mumbai has joined the Company's Board as additional Non-Executive and Independent Director w.e.f. 30 September 2014 by circular resolution.
