MPS announces resignation of company secretary
With effect from 30 September 2014
MPS announced the resignation of Supriya Kumar Guha as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014.In the interim, Sunit Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer will act as a Compliance Officer of the Company till the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer joins the Company.
