Yes Bank allots 17.86 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 17,86,325 equity shares of face value of'{ 2/- each on August 21, 2018 under ESOP plans JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II and PESOP II- 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs 4,61,26,80,590/- consisting of 2,306,340,295 equity shares of' Rs 2/- each to Rs 4,616,253,240 /-consisting of 2,308,126,620 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
