10 killed in Bangladesh bus-truck collision

A head-on collision between a passenger bus and a truck on Friday in Bangladesh's Bogra district left at least 10 people dead and more than 27 injured, police said.

Eight passengers were killed on the spot and two others later succumbed to their injuries, police officer Khan Md Erfan told the media, Xinhua news agency reported.

All the injured were rushed to hospitals, he said.
