6.1-magnitude quake off Venezuela

A 6.1-magnitude earthquake was reported near the northeastern coast of Venezuela, the US Geological Survey said.

The quake, at 0210 GMT Saturday, was centered 33 km north of Gueiria town, Xinhua reported.
