Afghan arrested with 32 kg gold at Attari

Custom officials on Thursday seized over 32 kg gold from a Afghanistan national at the integrated check-post (ICP) at Attari.

Adel Saeed Ghulam was arrested by the Customs Department officials and is being questioned, Commissioner (Customs) Dipak Kumar Gupta said in a statement.

The gold was hidden in a consignment of apple boxes.
