Child artist Kishore turns hero

Actor Kishore, best known for his National award-winning performance in 2009 Tamil children's drama "Pasanga", is all set to play a solo lead in upcoming Tamil actioner "Payandhakozhi".

"I'm kicked about this project. I play someone who is afraid of everything. A lot of interesting events happen around me and the result you see on screen will be exhilarating. It's a character quite different from the ones I have played so far," Kishore told IANS.

The film will be directed by debutant Lenin.

Asked about the feeling behind playing a hero, he said: "I really don't find much difference. It's a character at the end of the day and how I play it matters a lot. I don't think whether I play a solo lead or not really matters."
