CM pays tribute to Munde

Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan Tuesday said Munde was a strong grassroot level leader who struggled from the lowest rungs to create his own niche in politics and social fields.

"He was very humble and never lost touch with the masses as he built his way from local politics to state and national politics by sheer hard work over the years," Chavan said.
