Chennai Super Kings defeated home side Kings XI Punjab by seven wickets in an Indian Premier League (IPL) contest at the PCA Stadium here on Saturday.
Chasing 131 to win, the Super Kings reached home in 16.5 overs with Faf du Plessis top-scoring with 55. Suresh Raina and skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni added 41 not out and 25 not out respectively to see the Chennai-based team home.
