Durga Shakti Nagpal served charge sheet

The Uttar Pradesh government late Sunday served a charge sheet and sought a reply in 15 days from Durga Shakti Nagpal, IAS official and former sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) of Noida, accusing her of razing the wall of an under construction mosque in a village July 27, an official said Sunday.
