Nearly 1,000 foreign troops from 17 countries will participate in China's military parade here on September 3 to mark the 70th anniversary of the World War II victory against Japan, a military official said.
Eleven countries will dispatch formations and another six will send representative teams, Xinhua quoted Qu Rui, deputy chief of the operations department of the general staff headquarters of the People's Liberation Army, as saying on Friday.
