Goa: Congress promises free petrol to students
In a major poll promise to Goa's youth, the Congress in Goa on Monday announced five litres of free petrol for college students with valid driving licenses.
"Free five litres of petrol per month for every college student having valid driver license," the manifesto released by Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia said.
The Congress is contesting 37 seats in the February 4 assembly election.
