Gyllenhaal to sell Hollywood hills house

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal is hoping to make $1 million on his old house in the Hollywood Hills.

The "Jarhead" star bought the compound in 2005 for $2.5 million and now it's on the market for $3.5 million, reports contactmusic.com.

The 65-year-old, three-bedroom house comes with a celebrity pedigree - the pad's former owner was Red Hot Chili Peppers star Flea, according to property website Trulia.com.
