Heavy rain lashed the national capital on Sunday afternoon, flooding many neighbourhoods and causing traffic disruptions at a number of places.
Many roads were flooded mainly due to choked drains. Traffic slowed down on the arterial roads, including the one leading to adjoining Gurgaon.
"Traffic was affected at different places in many areas," said a traffic police official.
A 29-year-old man going to Noida said he was stuck in the rain on the DND flyway that links Delhi with Noida.
The traffic official said roads caved in due to rain on the famous Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridor between Saket and Chirag Delhi and another one in Dhaula Kaun in south Delhi.

Many parts of Green Park, Malviya Nagar and Sarai Kale Khan were inundated, police said.
The Met department said the city received 9.6 mm rainfall till Sunday evening.
Delhi woke up to a cloudy and humid morning, with the minimum temperature recorded in the early morning at 25.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 34.6 degrees, a notch above the season's average. However, rain brought welcome respite.
"The sky will be cloudy on Monday. Thunderstorms or rain may occur in some areas," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum and minimum temperatures were likely to hover around 33 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively.
Saturday's maximum temperature was 33.6 degrees - the season's average, while the minimum was 25.8, one notch below the season's average.
