Hot Sunday morning in Delhi

It was a hot and sunny Sunday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 23.9 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.

"The sky will remain clear during the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 55 per cent.

Friday's maximum temperature was recorded six notches above the season's average at 39.4 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was 23.2 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.
