Jaipur sees steep fall in temperature

Jaipur has been witnessing a steep fall in day temperature since Monday, courtesy cyclonic circulation active near Rajasthan and neighbouring Haryana.

The day temperature on Wednesday was 20.7 degrees celsius -- four degrees lower than the Monday temperature which stood at 24.9 degrees celsius.

The induced cyclonic effect along with western disturbance has made days colder in the Pink City. The cloudy skies and cold breeze in the first week of December is coming as a surprise for people here.

On Tuesday, the day temperature was 22 degrees celsius which was again lower than the normal day temperature.

The city will witness normal temperatures from December 8 onwards when there will be clear skies free of clouds. However, there are possibilities of rain from December 11, said the weathermen.
