Katy Perry, Arctic Monkeys to perform at Brit Awards

Singer Katy Perry and the member of rock band Arctic Monkeys will perform at the 2014's Brit Awards to be held here Feb 19.

"The Brits has always showcased the music that I love and am influenced by. It's an honour to play at such a prestigious event where musicality shines at its brightest," mirror.co.uk quoted Perry as saying.

It will be the first performance for both, the rock band and Perry, at the award function.

It was also announced that actor James Corden will host the awards show for the fifth and final time.
