Reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian once again sparked speculation that she went under the knife to enhance her looks when she walked out of a plastic surgery clinic with puffy lips.
Khloe looked unrecognisable after spending hours at a plastic surgery clinic, amid rumours that she has broken up with her beau Tristan Thompson.
On Sunday, Khloe visited a medical spa here and she left after two hours inside, looking different, reports aceshowbiz.com.
In some images obtained by OK! magazine, her lips appeared puffy and red as she tried to hide the rest of her face behind dark sunglasses and a black hoodie. She kept her head down while looking at her mobile phone.
This isn't the first time that Khloe is rumoured to have gone through plastic surgery.
Earlier this month, her fans criticised her different look when she appeared to be sporting bigger-looking lips while attending a basketball game.
