Private sector Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd on Tuesday said it closed last fiscal with a net profit of Rs.1,865.98 crore up from Rs.1,502.52 crore earned during the corresponding period the previous year.
The bank also said its board has approved an 1:1 bonus issue and a dividend of Rs.0.90 per share.
In a regulatory filing in the BSE, Kotak Mahindra Bank said its total income has increased from Rs.10,166.83 crore for the year ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 11,748.32 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015.
On a consolidated basis, the group posted a net profit of Rs.3,045.45 crore as compared to Rs.2,464.99 crore for the year ended March 31, 2014.
Total income has increased from Rs.17,235.63 crore for the year ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 21,422.75 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015.
