<p>
	A 39-year-old man, identified as Ram Dayal Verma was found hanging from a tree near Parliament House on Thursday morning.</p>
<p>
	The man hails from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. He was spotted at 7.00 a.m, police informed.</p>
<p>
	A suicide note was also recovered from his pocket.</p>
<p>
	&quot;The reason behind his suicide is not known yet. We are also trying to get in touch with police authorities in Madhya Pradesh so that his family can be contacted,&quot; Deputy Commissioner of Police Jatin Narwal said.</p>
