Mariah Carey's shoe closet her 'favourite room'

Singer Mariah Carey has shared an image of her huge shoe collection on the digital platform, and says it's her "favourite room in the house".

The 45-year-old singer took to photo-sharing website Instagram to flaunt a tiny portion of an entire room dedicated to her shoes. She even revealed that she has at least 18 shelves just for gold heels, and at least four for knee-high boots, femalefirst.co.uk.

Carey tweeted: "Always my favorite room in the house #shoes #shoes #moreshoes (sic)".

The "Hero" singer has also previously said that she doesn't even take them off to go in water.

"I swim in evening gowns and heels," she said.
