Miya George all set for Telugu film debut

Actress Mia George, who has so far worked in Malayalam and Tamil films, has finally landed an opportunity to work in Telugu filmdom. She will feature in an upcoming yet-untitled project with actor Sunil in the lead.

According to an official statement, Miya has been confirmed as the leading lady and she even participated in the official launch of the film on Monday in Hyderabad.

The movie is to be directed by Kranti Madhav, known for heartwarming films such as "Onmalu" and "Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju". He is trying his hands at comedy with his latest outing.

Tipped to be a comedy caper, the project, to be produced by Paruchuri Kireeti, is slated to go on the floors next month.
