Besides Chugh, Bharatiya Janata Party national general secretaries Anil Jain, P. Murlidhar Rao, Delhi BJP general secretaries Rajesh Bhatia, Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Ravinder Gupta inspected the preparations being made for the meeting.
The two-day national council meeting will be attended by the BJP's elected representatives, leaders, delegates and office- bearers numbering about 12,000.
