A Congress parliamentarian from Andhra Pradesh Thursday used pepper spray inside the Lok Sabha to disrupt proceedings, following which the house was adjourned till 2 p.m..
As soon as the house met at noon, Lagadapati Rajagopal of the Congress released the pepper spray towards fellow members.
Amidst the chaos, the speaker adjourned the house and the house was vacated.
