It was a pleasant though a bit sweaty morning in Delhi with a partly cloudy sky and minimum temperature recorded at 30.0 degree Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
"Very light rains or thunder shower with maximum 2.4 mm is expected by the evening or night in the capital," on official at India Meteorological Department(IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is likely to reach 38 degree Celsius.
The humidity recorded at 8.30 am was 79 per cent which would however decrease as the day goes on as it would not rain in the morning or the afternoon. The visibility remained at 3,000 km.
Sunday's maximum temperature was 39.6 degrees, two notches above the season's average and minimum temperature was 29.6, a notch above the season's average.
