Rudy, Naqvi take charge as ministers
Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Rajiv Pratap Rudy Tuesday took charge as ministers of state for parliamentary affairs here.
The two, inducted into the union council of ministers Sunday in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's first ministry expansion, were welcomed by Parliamentary Affairs Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu.
The winter session of parliament is scheduled to begin Nov 24.
