SC dismisses plea in December 16 gangrape

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the plea by Delhi Commission for Women opposing the release of juvenile accused in the December 16 gangrape case.

"We share your concern," the apex court vacation bench comprising Justice A.K. Goel and Justice U.U. Lalit said, while dismissing the plea by the DCW.
