Subroto Cup: Haryana school wins 17-0

Government Girls Senior Secondary High School from Haryana beat GVH Senior Secondary School, Kerala, 17-0 in a group C match of the Under-17 girls category of the Subroto Cup Tournament at the Ambedkar stadium here Saturday.

For Haryana, Renu (five), S. Anju (three), Mona, Pooja, Santosh, K. Anju (two goals each) and Manju (one) scored.

In a group B match, Afghanistan High School, Kabul, lost to St. Augustine High School, Maharashtra, 1-3.

Pooja and Reetika (two) scored for the Maharashtra school. Nilab netted for the Kabul school.
