Phnom Penh, July 27 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates and Cambodia on Thursday signed an agreement to protect and encourage bilateral investment between the two countries.
The agreement was signed by the UAE Ambassador to Cambodia Saif Abdullah Al Shamsi and Secretary General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia Sok Chenda Sophea at the council's headquarters in Cambodia.
The UAE ambassador said that the signing of the agreement comes within the framework of the country's strategy to expand its international network of relations, protect and encourage domestic investments abroad, and enable UAE investments to grow and expand.
