Despite a marginal decrease in net income, Noida-based flexible packaging company, Uflex Ltd reported an increase of 14 percent in its net profit during the fourth quarter of 2014-15 at Rs.68.54 crore against Rs.60.10 crore during the corresponding timeframe last year.
The firm's net income during the period under review declined by nearly one percent at Rs. 1,461.10 crore compared to its net earnings of Rs.1,475.44 crore during the same quarter of 2013-14.
For fiscal 2015, the company's net profit rocketed by 26.3 percent at Rs. 254.75 crore against Rs.201.64 crore in 2013-14.
During 2014-15, its net income increased moderately by 5.4 percent at Rs.6,180.34 crore compared to Rs.5,863.25 crore in 2013-14.
