Tata Group company Voltas consolidated net profit for the first quarter (April-June) of 2014-15 zoomed 167.46 percent or 2.67 times.
The net profit of the company during April-June quarter stood at Rs.108.99 crore compared to Rs.40.75 crore it posted during the corresponding period last fiscal, the company stated in a filing in the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company's consolidated net sales increased 9.39 percent to Rs.1,752.31 crore during the quarter compared to Rs.1,601.78 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
