Music mogul Simon Cowell is reportedly selling his 12.5 million pounds 'bachelor pad' mansion here as he gears up for fatherhood.
"The house Simon has put on the market is the ultimate bachelor pad. It was designed to have fun in," mirror.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
The source also said that the house has four huge bedrooms, ocean and city views and a swimming pool.
"The X Factor" boss is said to be "very much looking forward" to settling down with his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 36, and is ready to shell out over 20 million pounds for their new abode.
"Simon feels he no longer has a need for it (bachelor pad) now as he is settled with Lauren. He just can't wait for the baby to arrive," said the source.
